James M. Partridge, AIA, NCARB

Principal Architect

Principal Architect James M. Partridge has been one of Rowse’ instrumental Designers and Project Managers for two decades. He brings over 35 years of extensive experience in public and private work, and an ardent love of architecture. At Rowse, James has spearheaded the firm’s most complex projects encompassing both new construction and renovation.

James credits his early exposure to the revolutionary style of 1960s modern architecture as his career inspiration. James enjoys a challenge, as is apparent in his Associates Degree in Mathematics and dual Bachelor Degrees in both Science and Architecture, all from Roger Williams University. He is a man of remarkable work ethic and passion, stopping at nothing to get a job done right and on time.

His design work experience is a diverse range of projects including higher educational complexes, student housing, municipal buildings, and US Military projects. Working with James, a client can be sure they are going to receive the utmost care in all aspects of projects from open communications to exacting construction documents.

James is an enthusiastic Boston Red Sox fan, and when he’s not in the office you can find him working on home improvement projects or cooking up a fantastic meal.
